Wiley Boston to Lead Statewide Real Estate Certification Committee for Florida Bar

Wiley Boston has been appointed by the incoming Florida Bar President to serve as Chairperson of the Florida Bar’s Real Estate Certification Committee, for a term running from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. On an annual basis the Committee prepares a comprehensive exam to test applicants for board certification in real estate law, which includes exercising judgment as to important matters of real estate law upon which to test elite practitioners, scores the certification exam, and screens the experience level, claims, complaints, references, and other qualifications of applicants for board certification. Mr. Boston has served on the real estate certification committee for three years, most recently as Vice Chair.
