Wiley S. Boston
Wiley Boston is an Orlando attorney who practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with particular emphasis on leasing of industrial, office and retail properties, representation of developers of commercial projects and real estate finance. Mr. Boston's broad experience includes thousands of major leasing transactions in multiple states, acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of retail projects, and acquisition, financing, and sale of office and industrial properties, residential subdivisions and apartment complexes.
Mr. Boston is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar. He has been appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to the statewide real estate certification committee. In addition, he actively participates in review of the applications for board certification, formulation of certification exam questions and grading of the exams of candidates seeking board certification in real estate law.
